Job description

The Field Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and ensuring long-term business growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.

Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, competitor activities, and product needs.

Product Knowledge
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.

Sales Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Travel
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
