Carepal Money - Head of Partnership
The Partnership and Alliance Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding key relationships within the healthcare industry. If you're objective-oriented and thrive on data-driven decision-making, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture existing partnerships and accounts with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and other business partners - Identify and cultivate new accounts within existing channels - Explore and establish new acquisition channels, including pharmaceutical, drug and healthcare platforms, etc - Strategize and execute BTL activities and Brand activation initiatives at B2B touchpoints and point-of-sale locations in hospitals and manage vendors - Develop and oversee collateral strategies, and ensure efficient distribution across cities - Collaborate closely with the field team, Cluster heads, and Regional heads to drive revenue growth and foster partnerships with field team members - Facilitate inter-departmental coordination, obtain approvals, and work closely with stakeholders to achieve common goals - Maintain a focus on objectives and make data-driven decisions to drive success Required skill set : - Work experience: 5+ years - Educational Background: MBA preferred. - Industry Experience: Experience in B2B sales from pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry preferred - Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.Job tags
