Houzbay, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking a talented SEO Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating compelling, SEO-optimized content for our website, blog, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, SEO best practices, and the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities: Content Creation: Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our website, including property listings, blog posts, articles, and marketing materials. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target high-ranking search terms relevant to our business. SEO Optimization: Optimize all content for search engines to improve Houzbay’s online visibility and search rankings. Market Analysis: Stay informed about the real estate market trends to produce relevant and up-to-date content. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals and promotional strategies. Content Management: Manage and update website content as needed, ensuring accuracy and freshness. Analytics Monitoring: Regularly track and report on content performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools. Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and readers to improve content quality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, English, Journalism, or related field. Proven experience in SEO writing, content marketing, or a similar role. Strong understanding of SEO principles and Google algorithms. Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in content management systems and SEO tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Yoast). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
