Job description
At iAastha You Will :- Build, develop and scale our machine learning capabilities that powers data science and AI features- Operate in a scalable engineering culture that leverages modern principles of decoupled systems and automated CI/CD/testing/monitoring to drive efficienciesWhat We Look For :- Master in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.- 3+ years of relevant experience- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following : Python, Go, C++, and/or Java- Experience in one or more of the following areas : Search, RecSys, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), Optimization, Time Series Forecasting and Data Mining.- Contribution to research communities and/or efforts, including publishing papers at conferences and journals.- Relevant work experience, including full time industry experience or as a researcher in a lab- Ability to design and execute research and experimentation agenda (ref:hirist.tech)
