Aeroseal LLC (formerly a division of Carrier Air Conditioning) is based out of Ohio, USA and specializes in providing HVAC duct diagnostics and Duct sealing services via their revolutionary patented technology. Consergy has exclusive partnership with Aeroseal for India and SAARC countries to bring this technology to the customers in these region.

Consergy is looking for experienced and ambitious Sales Engineers/Sales Managers with a proven track record for selling innovative solutions to senior executives. As a part of the team, the person will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationship to generate repeat business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive Sales and Achieve Budgets:

• Achieve sales targets for the designated areas.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet/exceed goals.

Lead Identification and Qualification:

• Identify and develop new leads within the target market/industry.
• Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with the company's offerings.

Sales Calls and Relationship Building:

• Conduct sales calls to engage potential clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across the client's organizational hierarchy.

Needs Assessment and Solution Proposal:

• Identify and understand clients' pain points and requirements related to HVAC duct leakages.
• Propose tailor-made solutions to address clients' specific needs.

Financial Business Case Preparation:

• Create detailed financial business cases, including ROI calculators, for each sales opportunity.
• Present and share financial analyses with clients to demonstrate the value proposition.

Collaboration with Technical Team:

• Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure a seamless execution of projects.
• Provide technical insights to clients and address any technical queries or concerns.

Accounts Receivable Management:

• Manage and collect receivables associated with sales made.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.

Adherence to Sales Processes:

• Follow the internal sales processes as established by the company.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Education Qualification

UG: BE/BTech/Diploma Preferred

PG : Not Mandatory

Experience

4-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience of HVAC industry would be an added advantage.
