Job description
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing them with pre/post service assistance & achieving delivery & quality service norms
Responsibilities - Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information, answer queries, and/ or address any grievances from the customers.
- Follow-up on calls with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that their customer queries have been answered and any grievances have been resolved in defined TAT
- Respond to all customer e-mails/ social media messages/ posts etc. in defined TAT
- Act as the voice of customer in the organization and provide inputs to Customer Service Lead, Chief of Staff and Product team on any recent trends
- Pro-actively identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide
- Be empathetic and act with ownership for all outbound and inbound communication
- Escalate issues and follow-up with other departments and customer service head as required
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing them with pre/post service assistance & achieving delivery & quality service norms
- Ensure that a high data fidelity is maintained for all customer complaints and queries
Eligibilities Qualification - Any Graduate /Post Graduate
Good in communication skills
Experience in a Voice bases/Blended process which includes Inbound / Outbound / Email / Chat/ Backend processing.
