Chief People Officer

3Star International Research and Analysis is seeking a Chief People Officer to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. As the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for understanding and driving the company's strategic direction, developing HR policies, ensuring operational efficiency, succession planning, employee engagement, employee relations, and performance management.

• Strong experience in HR policies, including development and implementation
• Experience in employee engagement, employee relations, succession planning, and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating and fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business management, human resources, organizational development, or psychology
• Experience in a multinational corporation is a plus.
