Position: Associate/Officer - Closing
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in the Real Estate Sales & Marketing industry, reselling of properties.
CTC/Salary Bracket: Up to ₹ 5.00 LPA
Number of Vacancies: 5 No Full-Time for Multiple Locations, as mentioned below.
Job Locations:
- Western Mumbai Location (Bandra, BKC, Andheri)
- Western Mumbai Location (Jogeshwari to Malad, Kandivali)
- Central Mumbai Location (Mulund, Nahur, Bhandup Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Powai)
- South Mumbai Location (Wadala, Parel, Mahalaxmi, Dadar, Worli & Chembur as last preference)
- Thane Location
Working Days and Hours: 6 days Working of (8–9 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility includes organizing, planning, controlling, and implementing (real estate) project-specific sales.
- Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective brokers & their buyers.
- Source properties directly and indirectly, implementing effective marketing strategies for both channels.
- Identify high-demand projects through proactive scouting for new opportunities.
- Manage the entire buyer journey from initiation to completion.
- Cultivate strong channel partner relationships by endorsing brand name and their products.
- Coordinate site visits with prospective brokers and their buyers and enable deal closure.
- Motivating broker partners to close sales
- Identifying new client opportunities through brokers in the market and making available property databases of the area.
- Catering to clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and making personal visits .
- Must have experience in real estate closing sales, attending clients at the site, and closing the deal .

- Good communication skills.
