Your Impact:
Operational Enhancement:
- Spearheaded the identification and implementation of improvements across diverse business operations.
- Develop, monitor, and refine metrics to enhance performance across operational functions.
Collaborative Leadership:
- Cultivate collaboration with stakeholders to optimize processes, controls, and overall quality.
- Vigilantly monitor cost control measures across all operational facets.
Strategic Planning:
- Craft actionable business strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term organizational goals.
Performance Oversight:
- Keep a pulse on business performance, generating detailed reports and forecasts for informed decision-making.
Departmental Stewardship:
- Navigate the complexities of the Procurement department, emphasizing cost efficiency and process refinement.
- Oversee the Administration and Infrastructure department, ensuring compliance and driving innovative infrastructure development.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.
Operational Coordination:
- Daily collaboration with sales and business teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Lead logistics processes for the efficient transportation of biological samples.
- Collaborate with the credit control team to ensure timely payment collection from MOU clients.
Compliance and Communication Mastery:
- Ensure all operational processes align with legal and statutory requirements.
- Establish effective and customer-friendly automated communication protocols.
Training and Documentation Leadership:
- Ensure comprehensive training and documentation, empowering business teams with in-depth process knowledge.
Conflict Resolution Authority:
- Lead the timely resolution of customer complaints and conflicts.
Preferred Candidate:
- PhD and MBA in any discipline, backed by 10-15 years of experience, ideally within diagnostics/healthcare.
- Over five years of executive leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding of the industry, encompassing risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in advanced business planning, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Rapid problem diagnosis ability and foresight for potential issues.
- Impeccable attention to detail and effective management of multiple priorities.
- Assertiveness to meet deadlines and proactiveness in driving initiatives.
- Adept team management and strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied working hours, including outside of regular office hours.
