Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all recruitment advertising requests.
Source and attract candidates through various channels including company career site, job boards, social media platforms, universities, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications for suitability.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams.
Provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner and offer guidance through the recruitment process.
Stay current with trends and advancements in recruiting techniques.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain a quality relationship with the internal teams and external recruitment agencies to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Attend job fairs, colleges and recruitment events to build relationships with potential candidates and promote the company brand.
Foster relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate with HR for the seamless onboarding of new hires.
Assist in employee induction and orientation processes when necessary.
HR Metrics & Reporting
Track and report on key recruitment metrics like source of hire, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
Continuously work on ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Diversity & Inclusion
Ensure recruitment processes are fair and unbiased, promoting diversity within the company.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resource Management Systems (CMS).
Hands-on experience with recruiting software and job boards.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
