Job Description:

• Marketing and branding of different real estate asset classes.
• In-depth product knowledge with skills in marketing & branding basis on defined parameters.
• Implemented consumer research and market trends into actionable insights for sales communication strategies
• Must have experience in Real Estate Industry for Marketing & Branding.
• Should have a basic understanding of systems and processes that are to be followed in a real estate sector.
• Analyzing and investigating price, demand, real estate, and competition in the real estate sector for branding and compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
• Promotional activities
• Writing reports
• Monitoring performance
• Managing campaigns
• Handling Events.
• Extracting marketing reports from CRM
• Doing Price analysis
• Managing Online Campaigns with marketing agencies
• All things and responsibilities associated with the Marketing Department

Candidate's Profile:
