About The Team
The Operational Resilience team leads the implementation and evolution of Operational Resilience at Swiss Re. We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced business continuity or operational resilience practitioner to help steer and drive this topic.
In your role, you will…- Contribute to the creation of regulatory compliant policies, standards, and models related to Operational Resilience
- Perform analysis of end-to-end value chains, including identification of single points of failure and interdependencies, and determining risk tolerances
- Plan, coordinate, and lead scenario testing (severe but plausible exercises) for specific business services, and capture and challenge disruption tolerance levels
- Prepare periodic reports and critical metrics
- Identify developments in the risk and regulatory landscape and assist in developing mitigation strategies

What We Need From You - Background in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, or IT Disaster Recovery
- Experience in programme development and creation of policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy
- Comfortable working with all levels of management
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice-to-have - Previous roles in operational risk management, internal/external audit, or compliance
- Agile methodology project management
- Team management experience
- CBCI or equivalent business continuity qualification
