Job description
As our Direct Manager your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit Business Associate and advisors.
Coordinate for the regulatory training.
Conduct daily weekly and monthly advisors meetings
Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
Join field work along with advisors to source insurance policy.
Strategic planning to target the right set of agents.
Training and development of agents.
Requirements Skills:

friendly attitude & relationship Skills
Candidate Requirement:
Age: 22 to 37 Years.
Graduation in Any Stream.
Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing
Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
One who ready for challenges.
Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
