Job Description - Month end process & reporting- Monthly MIS, provisional financials and variance analysis
- Financial reports - Preparing Cash Flow, Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss statement under IND AS, debtors' aging and other financial reports. Quarterly results & Annual investor reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Accounting Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions including maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and journal.
- Must have Knowledge of lower TDS application and process
- Audit- Statutory audit, Tax audit, Internal, Due diligence and special audit. Preparation of Audit Plan and ensure completion of the same within the time. Good at handling queries of Auditors.
- Taxation & Compliance- Ensure monthly compliance of GST, TDS and other as per management requirement. Preparation of data for direct/ indirect tax assessment
- Customer and vendor management- aging analysis and reconciliation
- Financial Planning, budgeting & Analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Technology and Systems: Suggest and implement automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Team Management: Hiring, training, and managing the performance of the team
Must Have - Qualified CA
- 10-12 Years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, IND AS, financial statements, and financial analysis
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions is crucial
- Attention to Detail: Need to ensure that financial records are error-free and comply with relevant regulations
- Experience on handling of Team size 7- 8 people
- Logical and Ethical
