Job Accountabilities
∙Providing routine / emergency treatment for employees and their family members. ∙Conduct & Monitor Medical as per schedule. ∙Manage liaising services. ∙Conduct OH programs # CASHe, OH Sub-Committee, Awareness programs. ∙Provide training to employees and contract workers. ∙Conduct internal audits. ∙Support CMO in preparing, executing & monitoring medical department budget. ∙Provide Industrial Hygiene services in the offices / sites as applicable. ∙Focus on continuous research & development Skill & Competencies ∙Emergency Management ∙Statutory requirements. ∙Training Delivery. ∙Team work ∙Customer Service Orientation ∙Policy and Compliance Education Required ∙Degree in Medicine (MBBS minimum) with additional courses AFIH, CIH, DIH preferable.
