We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile HR Generalist/Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Duties

Human Resources: Recruiting:

Assist hiring managers in posting, sourcing and interviewing potential candidates Employee Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires complete required documentation and understand company policies. Time and Attendance : Manage attendance records, leave policies, to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Legal Compliance:

Stay updated on Indian labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices align with statutory requirements. Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documentation. Compliance Audits : Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws, and implement corrective actions as needed. Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, address employee concerns, and assist in conflict resolution. Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Training and Development:

Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives. Employee Benefits:

Administer employee benefits programs and handle queries related to insurance, provident fund, and other benefits.

Office Management: Facilities Management:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Vendor Management:

Liaise with vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions. Supplies and Inventory : Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support daily operations. Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements. Health and Safety:

Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Basic Requirements Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local employment laws in India. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on compliance, onboarding, and office management..

Advanced Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with Workday as an HRIS. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Work Environment In this role, a significant aspect of the job involves working in the office for a standard 40-hour workweek. Compensation The expected earnings for this role could be comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions as applicable. The pay range for this role is 20k USD or 1.6M INR

This pay range is just one component of our total rewards package. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
