Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job portals social media platforms and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to assess candidates relevant skills experience and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pool of potential candidates by proactively reaching out to passive candidates
- Provide guidance and assistance to hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract assess and select quality candidates in a timely manner
- Ensure positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and documentation
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve talent acquisition strategies
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including HR team hiring managers and external recruitment partners
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the overall talent acquisition process and procedures
- Stay updated with the companys policies values and culture to accurately represent the employer brand to candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of the endtoend recruitment process
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and colleagues
- Certifications or professional courses in recruitment or talent acquisition would be an advantage
