Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate AVP Sales role based in Gurugram. The AVP will be responsible for the sales of Asset Deals’ real estate offerings. The candidate will build and develop relationships with high net worth individuals/investors to identify opportunities, promote company services, and work with the team to ensure successful project completion. The Real Estate AVP Sales will use their experience in the field to create and execute strategies that will boost sales, attract new clients and provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential customers.

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry with a proven track record in sales and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with high net worth clients/investors. Solid knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and local regulations. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Creative and analytical thinking skills with exceptional problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead, mentor and manage a sales team, including training and development to enable high performance and retention.
