Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ad Ops Specialist to join our Media Ops team. The ideal candidate will possess technical acumen to understand, converse, and present complex concepts to leadership on behalf of the team. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent data analysis skills and extensive experience in media operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
Serve as a technical expert and advisor on ad operations, providing guidance to the team and leadership on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of advertising initiatives.
Analyze advertising data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and present regular reports and presentations to leadership, providing comprehensive insights into campaign performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the overall effectiveness of advertising operations.
Stay updated with the latest developments in digital advertising, ad tech platforms, and media operations, and share knowledge with the team.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in ad operations, digital media, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts related to ad tech, data analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
Experience with ad serving platforms, ad exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, and other ad tech tools and technologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead projects, drive initiatives, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
