Job Description :- Should have strong knowledge in Solution Manager 7.2 - Experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.2 , Incident Management (IT Service Management) , Change Request Management (ChaRM) - Managing Solution Manager Projects and Blueprint Integration with ARIS etc - Knowledge in various Solution Manager Features - Configuration knowledge of Incident Management process and IT Service Management features in Solution Manager - Configuration knowledge of Change Management process (ChaRM), Project Management. - He/ she should have experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM. - Must be able to present and interact business process owners in the environment. - Should possess good working experience in there components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers. - Should have experience of SAP Solman Implementation from to bottom starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes form the development environment into the productive environment. - Able to deal with the performance optimization of Systems connected to Solman System. - Should able to manage SAP pertains, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities. - Must have excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and noggin maintenance of the environment. - Having experience in Hana Experience, NetWeaver concepts and products like ERP, S4H, BW is value added - Ability to troubleshot/analyze and resolve technical problems. - Knowledge and experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting. Preferable :SOLMAN upgrade activities :- Experience in Developing SAP Technical standard & Processes and drive adopting. - Provide training and directing to there preretinal support teams. - Participate in providing 24x7 support in rotational basis to ensure pertain of critical system for different customers.- Automate administrative and operational systems support functions (ref:hirist.tech)
