2070 Health is India's first healthcare-focused Venture Studio, which identifies problems, develops solutions and launches new companies. The studio collaborates closely with exceptional founders, providing them with extensive operational and strategic support to achieve product-market fit. We differentiate ourselves from incubators and accelerators by co-building companies with the founders from the idea stage and providing hands-on support across functional domains.
We’re building the future of healthcare today! With the focus of launching 20-25 digital health service companies in the next five years , we plan to nurture each of these companies to generate maximum revenues with five to seven years of operations. The first couple of companies are focusing on areas like obesity, chronic pain, healthtech and paediatrics.

Program Manager (Product & Technology Team)
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join our product team and play a crucial role in driving the success of our portfolio companies. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various initiatives aimed at supporting the growth and development of our portfolio companies, ensuring they achieve their full potential. This will involve:
1. Program Development and Management:
- Collaborate with the product team, GTM and portfolio companies to define program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Identify and manage dependencies between various program initiatives.
- Proactively monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Track and report on program performance against established metrics and KPIs.
2. Portfolio Support:
- Work closely with portfolio companies to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement tailored programs and initiatives to address their needs, such as product development support, go-to-market strategies, talent acquisition, and fundraising assistance.
- Facilitate connections between portfolio companies and relevant resources within the venture capital firm and broader ecosystem.
- Track and measure the impact of program initiatives on portfolio company success.
- Build and nurture the company's brand identity.
- Develop a compelling brand story, unique value propositions, and positioning in the market.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate program plans, progress updates, and challenges to stakeholders, including the investment team, portfolio companies, and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration across the organization, including product, investment, and portfolio company teams.
- Manage and document program activities and learnings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to program performance and portfolio company progress.
- Generate reports and presentations to inform decision-making and demonstrate program value.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in portfolio support and program management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the venture capital industry and startup ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
