If you have experience in recruiting freshers and managing bulk hiring, along with strong relationships with colleges, consultancies, and training institutes, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Source new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Networking: Attend events to connect with prospective clients.
Client Retention: Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients.
Upselling: Suggest upgrades or additional products/services to clients.
Proposal Creation: Craft business proposals and contracts.
Negotiation: Secure attractive prices through negotiation.
Team Development: Train and mentor staff to enhance sales skills.
Feedback Loop: Review client feedback to exceed expectations.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about consumption trends.
Qualifications:

Education: Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
Experience: Extensive sales experience.
Skills: Intuitive, insightful, and resourceful.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
Languages: Proficiency in Telugu, Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Compensation:

Salary: Up to 15,000 INR.
Incentives: Up to 20,000 INR.
