A Bachelor s degree in economics, environmental science, political science, international relations, sociology, history, English, communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of work experience in the sustainability space
Advanced writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to self-manage, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.

What will you do
Support GBL s partnerships strategy by following a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
Identify and source partnership opportunities with a wide variety of stakeholders and ensure regular documentation of the same in the form of records and logs.
Conduct background research on organizations we can potentially partner with (for projects, new opportunities, and otherwise across industries and geographies).
Service ongoing partnerships with implementation agencies, NGOs, consultants, etc.
Develop strong relationships with new and existing funders
Provide project management support to other teams and facilitate in servicing project specific partnerships.
Coordinate and prepare policy memos, concept notes, proposals, presentations, and other targeted communication materials for meetings and other internal/external stakeholder engagements.
Proactively monitor policy and business developments that concern GBL s focus areas, especially in the sustainability space, on a regular basis and share updates with the team.
Invest in improving knowledge of research, development, impact evaluation, sustainability, and social ventures space.
Represent GBL at forums, conferences, and gatherings and leverage the same to disseminate GBL s work and identify new partnership opportunities.
Travel on an occasional basis and as per project requirements.
