Job description
Candidates with a minimum 2 years of Service Desk experience Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent German (B1 & B2) (Mandatory with High Proficiency) and English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts
Years of experience needed:-
2-4 Years of Experience with Fluent German Speaking
Technical Skills:-
Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint
Non-Technical Skill:-
Active listening and probing skills
Effective business communication skills
Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles
Receptive for feedback and willing to learn
Positive attitude and team player
Any graduate
