Find out more at The Tech support Engineer is a key role in contributing to the growth of business within the region and globally. As part of the Technical Support team, the role provides technical skills and product background, to ensure customer's technical requirements are met. The job holder will be responsible for handling case management, Customer trainings and Onsite software implementations and may be required to travel at short notice as a representative of the company wherever necessary to deliver support / services. The candidate should posses good verbal and written communication skills and ensure the customer communications are handled in a professional and respectful manner.
