Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Corporate Sales - Area Manager / Senior Territory Manager
Job Purpose Statement:
- To drive expansion in the corporate sector by fostering Non-M&M commercial business development, enhancing our presence, and managing relationships with large corporate entities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively source business from large corporate clients, meeting and exceeding individual targets.
- Emphasize risk management and adopt a consultative selling approach, moving beyond price-centric strategies.
- Serve as a trusted risk advisor to clients and prospects, contributing to their overall risk management strategies.
- Take ownership of individual top-line and bottom-line results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate client servicing, underwriting, and seamless business placement.
- Identify market opportunities and strategically pinpoint areas for growth in the commercial business segment.
- Optimize the product mix to achieve a balanced portfolio.
- Implement and uphold business processes and controls as stipulated by the company.
- Ensure strict adherence to business processes, controls outlined by the Head Office, and compliance with regulations mandated by IRDA.
- Prioritize and deliver prompt customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Guarantee compliance with the 'IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, 2013' within their respective areas/regions.
