Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical.
CTC: Upto 6 Lacs p.a
Exp : 5 to 6 years in any manufacturing plant (Not in Power plant/Project)
Job Description
- Daily operation and maintenance of equipment maintaining the SOPs. Maintaining daily log book.
- Operation and maintenance of Boiler (Oil Fired & briquette Fired), maintenance of WTP, Soft Water Pant, and Syrup room, processing areaetc as and when required.
- Manpower handlingfor the respective shifts. Making duty roster & overtime sheets of the operators.
- Ensure proper handover and takeoverduring the change of shift.
- Following up and checking of operational data. Evaluating possible causes of machinery failure and taking corrective actionwhen required.
- Monitoring & documenting GMPof the plant,
- Ensure individual safety and safety of the machineries. Maintaining QSE documentationto meet the compliance requirement.
- Machine wise Preventive Maintenancemonitoring and documenting.
- Handling procurement of necessary equipmentand spare parts, raising indent to the purchase department, vendor coordination.
- Attending breakdownof production machineries as per requirement.
- Taking part in audit as and when required.
- Provide training to the operators.
- Planning for yearly maintenanceat the time of shutdown of process plants.
Candidates should be having good knowledge of the following equipment maintenance:
Compressors
Colling tower
Boiler
Pump
Chilling units
Heat Exchanger
