Job Brief
We're looking for a Video Editor with experience of 1-2 years to join our video team who can work with us for the production of our video-based digital marketing courses.
Responsibilities And Duties - Coordinating with Content writers & Motion graphic designers while working on the creation of a video course or masterclass.
- Sort through raw footage data and complete lineup to ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Ensuring Audio-Video Sync, Color correcting, Retouching, and Noise reduction are done in the right manner.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of files.
- Must have basic digital marketing knowledge & think logically.
- Researching and testing out new products and tools in the post-production process while providing advice on procurement decisions.
- Discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Being able to converse effectively and come up with solutions to any video-related issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team as and when required.
Required Skill Sets
- Expert proficiency in using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic proficiency in using design software (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Strong communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of color correction and noise reduction.
- Open to learn new software, plug-ins, and extensions.

- Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and multi-tasking.
- Hungry to learn and grow and comfortable working in a team.
