Adgency Media is a digital advertising agency based in Mumbai, India. They specialize in helping Healthcare Experts across the globe succeed through their digital marketing, lead generation and appointment setting strategies

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making inbound calls to potential clients and providing information about Adgency's clients' services and eventually fixing an appointment. The Caller will also answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred
