Job description
Chtrbox, India's leading Influencer Marketing company, is looking for graphic designers for our vertical, ChtrSocial.
ChtrSocial powers new-age brands to grow digitally with end-to-end branding, social media marketing and video production.
We are looking for creative and experienced graphic designers to help interpret our clients needs and create graphics with top-notch designing skills. You will be required to work on various design projects like social media posts, packaging, reels, print, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Understand the brand guidelines and visual identity of each client, ensuring that all designs are aligned with their brand personality.
- Work closely with the content team to understand the brief and finalize the design required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with latest design trends and incorporate them into your creatives.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the clients.
- Mastering your design fundamentals and implementing it in every aspect.
- Becoming efficient with the necessary softwares and upgrading the skills with others.
- Adhere to checklists and processes.
- Provide feedback & approvals on the designers group.
- Client coordination whenever required.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals
- Problem solving and time-management skills
- Should be able to work with multiple client accounts
- Excellent eye for detail
