Job description
Responsible for and oversees the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. Directs and guides the housekeeping department in ensuring high standards of comfort, hygiene, cleanliness and hospitality. Defining standards for quality service. Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the guest rooms, public space and restaurants & all other areas of the hotel. Involved in the hiring and training of new staff.
