Role and Responsibilities:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for managing and driving sales in Andhra Pradesh Telangana and nearby states. The sales area may extend to other parts of India based on experience and role requirements. The ASM will play a critical role in achieving sales targets developing and implementing sales strategies managing key client relationships and leading a team of sales representatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance

Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the HR services industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team
