What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will be a builder, with strong data and analytics experience and a proven track record of delivering results. This position requires someone willing to come in and assess the HC reporting status quo, with a view to lean and automated improvements. This role requires someone who can design stronger HC reporting and insights mechanisms to leadership, and be willing to pull the data themselves until we scale the team. This is an exciting time at Stem with the successful IPO in 2021, acquisition of AlsoEnergy in 2022 and the ongoing company growth/expansion.
Responsibilities - Owns, develops and implements a global HC monthly reporting mechanism and dashboard.
- Provides analytics and insights to leadership on HR data inclusive of: actual to budgeted 2023 HC plan globally.
- Analyzes data related to human resources, compliance, and resourcing initiatives to evaluate business strategy effectiveness that meet standardized reporting requirements.
- Gathers, coordinates and creates data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of all required internal and external reports.
- Supports US specific compliance reporting for EEO-1, VETS100, AAP and Internal Workers Compensation.
- Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
- Determines data collection gaps and recommends tracking efficiencies. Works closely with business leaders and human resources function to identify reporting opportunities to support business initiative effectiveness.
- Develops standard reports for our HRIS: Workday implementation and for the broader HR team.
- Writes, maintains, and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing needs.
Required Skills - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant Reporting or Analytical experience.
- Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve HR systems and streamline work processes.
- HRIS system experience, preferably in Workday and NetSuite or must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple HR systems including ADP, Bamboo and Workday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team while assuming responsibility; ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel.
- Global experience, supporting a team in the US would be a positive.
