Job Overview
Seeking an experience candidate as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive in the Real Estate RERA industry your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding the companys client base establishing partnerships and contributing to the overall success of the organization in compliance with RERA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Stay updated on RERA regulations and policies to ensure compliance and incorporate them into business development strategies.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels including online research networking events and industry conferences.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients by understanding their needs and aligning company services accordingly.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients understanding their business requirements and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients highlighting the companys strengths and capabilities in accordance with RERA guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with client needs.
5. Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders such as real estate developers legal firms and financial institutions.
- Work collaboratively to create mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the companys market presence.
6. Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation closing deals and maintaining a high level of sales activity.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance providing regular reports to management.
7. Networking:
- Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to its visibility within the RERA industry.
Requirements
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development preferably in the real estate or regulatory industry.
- Strong understanding of RERA regulations and their implications on the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Male Candidates preferred
- Willingness to travel in field
