We have an urgent opening for the position of Head/VP Syndicate (Vertical Head)for a reputed Real Estate Company in Navi Mumbai Location .
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling complete Syndicate Vertical in Pan India Level.
- Handling multi-level Reportings structure.
- 200+ Team members in all total
- Onboarding Channel Partners.
- Managing Channel Partners.
- Developing Channel Network.
- Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work.
- Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
- Managing and marketing operations
- Establish client base of organizations, associations, social, and corporate businesses through direct and indirect outside and inside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the Company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.
- Leading a vast area of channel management.
Candidate's Profile:
- Very Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- Team Handling Experience Must.
- Promotion within the same company is preferred.
- Experience in Realestate Channel Management preferred.
