Director – Revenue – Job Description
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Provide strategic direction to regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity within the sales organization.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with account management teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure the professional growth of team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market presence and competitiveness.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of commercial activities and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring to achieve required GP target.
- Keep track of Metrics on daily basis and lead team to achieve set targets.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and a keen ability to optimize processes.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and reporting frameworks.
- Qualitative and quantitative research and analysis using data.
- A master's degree in sales & marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Professional experiences from top-tier consulting firm or corporate role driving sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Minimum 25 years of experience.
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Robust written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences.
- Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality.
- Good written communication skills including documentation and recommendations.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
