Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in IT to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of proven experience in project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of IT processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA professionals, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies tools like JIRA, MSproject.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
