We are looking for a creative and passionate designers to join our team. You will be working on projects ranging from end-to-end branding to identity design, packaging design and company presentations/brochures. We work with clients across industries such as F&B, FMCG, Alcobev and Hospitality. You will be reporting directly to the creative director to produce high quality work. Overview As a Senior Brand Designer at GreySpace Studios, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the visual identity of our clients. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers. The role demands a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to create visually compelling designs that align with our clients' brand objectives. Responsibilities Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement creative strategies. Produce high-quality, innovative, and engaging designs across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media. Develop brand identities, marketing collateral, and other visual elements that communicate the essence of the client's brand. Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment. Participate in client meetings to understand their design requirements, present concepts, and gather feedback. Translate client feedback into actionable design revisions, maintaining a client-centric approach. Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative and fresh ideas to projects. Ensure the consistency and quality of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and adhering to established standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective project workflow and communication. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.). Strong understanding of branding principles and design trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
