Job description : The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones and should have strong communication skills and possess good negotiation skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Candidates from Real Estate and Interior Designing firm Preferred.

Role & Responsibilities The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include: Identify and develop new business opportunities new and existing Clients. Keep prospective client database updated Research & identify new market opportunities Make cold calls for new business leads Support in writing new business proposals Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc. Ensure that clients have a great experience by communicating effectively before, during, and after the transaction.

Competencies and Skills Required Should have a good network of connections. Must possess strong customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluent English. Should be a Go Getter. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prepare & deliver pitches to potential clients. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented and an active listener. Ability to work under pressure. Team player and ability to work with & through others. Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients.

Qualifications MBA Markeing 4-5 years' prior business development experience with an Architecture/interior design firm or real estate agency. Knowledge of interior designing is a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented
