About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and creative Content Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our cutting-edge Codelabs platform content. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and ensuring the platform effectively delivers our unique learning methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and age-appropriate activities aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Craft compelling narratives and challenges that encourage exploration and discovery within the platform.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal.
- Product Management:
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
- Define product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to translate content into a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure user engagement and learning outcomes.
- Continuously iterate and improve platform features based on data and feedback.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across departments (engineering, design, marketing).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient product development.
- Partner with content creators and educators to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech or educational content development space.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to making technology accessible and engaging for children.
- Experience with user research and data analysis preferred.
- Experience working in an agile development environment a plus.
