Job Overview: As a

Information Technology Sales Specialist/Consultant, you will drive sales growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, representing the company at industry events, and engaging in various sales activities. Your primary focus will be on revenue generation within the IT sector. Your responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients, negotiating deals, and achieving successful outcomes based on your expertise and track record.

Responsibilities: Client Onboarding:

Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation. Utilize various strategies such as cold calling, email, event attendance, and referrals to acquire new clients. Prioritize securing new projects from existing clients to drive continued growth.

Pitching:

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients. Utilize a consultative approach to understand client challenges and propose customized solutions that address their business objectives.

Closing Deals:

Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure. Utilize effective closing techniques to overcome objections and secure commitments from clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Sales Amplification Strategy:

Devise and execute strategic plans aimed at bolstering sales figures. Outline approaches to identify, engage, and convert potential leads into paying customers through prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing methodologies.

Attending Events:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Engage with potential clients, showcase services, and generate leads. Network with industry professionals to expand reach and influence.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback to the team regarding client preferences, market demands, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a client-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Prior experience in sales services, including a consistent record for attaining and exceeding annual quotas. Proven deep industry expertise in leading Digital Transformation engagements in IT industries. Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate value drivers and use cases in the customer's context through experience-based storytelling.
