Director – Investor Relations
Vedanta is a very young and growth-oriented company with $20 bn revenue and $5 bn in profit organization with our listed companies Vedanta & Zinc around $12-15 bn market cap each and debt including parent company is $14 bn and further plans to invest $20bn in the expansion of their asset base through both brownfield and greenfield development. This investment programme will span the full breadth of Vedanta organisation from oil & gas, and mining to renewable energy transmission, and from semiconductors to display glass and fibre optics.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior proven mature Investor Relations Leader, well connected with Investment community & analyst community. S/He must have dealt with credit rating agency, a strong communicator & story teller who can position us to the global and Indian investors. S/He knows and understand the research analytical community, for both debt and equity, understands full PR strategy, should be in position to loop the best of agency and has existing relation with portfolio managers. This is a fully empowered and incentivised role where one can build the team and bring people on board.
