The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
Manage the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Onboard new employees, including providing orientation, completing paperwork, and issuing benefits.
Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Resolve employee relations issues, such as performance problems, disciplinary matters, and workplace disputes.
Maintain employee records, such as personnel files, performance reviews, and training records.
Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
