At STRI we are hiring a for a Assistant Manager/Manager Institutional Sales Chennai based NGO. This is a remote work opportunity.
The Assistant Manager/Manger will be responsible for acquiring new partners through various lead identification sources onboarding new partners & developing relationships that ensure the NGOs programmes are end to end funded. This person will work closely with Corporates ensure they are satisfied with the NGOs programme delivery employee engagement & promote retention loyalty. A strong sales/fundraising experience will give you an edge in performing well at this role.
Primary responsibilities:
- Front ending and acquisition of new accounts: 15Cr worth acquisitions in FY 2425
- Reach out to Corporations to raise funds for the NGO s programmes get the mandate for executing employee volunteering events
- Account Management: manage and build Corporate & other institutional relationships ensure engagement throughout the year.
- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels. Also provide an apt partner profile and lead remarks for adequate lead generation.
- Presence on B2B social media platforms keeping oneself up to market standards and growing market needs. Good research skills are a bonus.
- Own the end to end front ending responsibilities and collaborating with internal teams to resolve partner queries.
Education Qualification / Experience:
- Any graduate
- Holding a Master s in Business Administration will be an advantage
- 35 years of relevant work experience into core hunting/acquisition of accounts in B2B sales.
- Candidates with Sales/Corporate Fundraising and hunting experience would be preferred.
