Job Summary
About the Role:
You have to be a digital content geek. Have experience in creating graphical content + keen interest in social media, and content creation. Beyond Social Media, one must have skill and knowledge about online marketing, Facebook ads, content marketing, and research in industry developments. Your role will comprehend management and development of end to end marketing campaigns and company website.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for scheduled posts
• Working with all departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the movie / song / web series release of all artists, brand collaborations, campaigns etc.
• Assist with streamlining social media accounts of company and associated artists (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube other social media platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for graphics, copy and other elements within the communities
• Increase the number of followers on social media accounts by following and engaging with followers
• Regular tracking & reporting of social media metrics
• Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
• Liaising with staff internally & with artists to ensure that company profiles & artist profiles are accurate and up-to date
• Scheduling and coordinating a monthly brainstorming meeting to establish content ideas for the month ahead, and to plan for a monthly social media calendar
• Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials
• Creating paid social media campaigns for artists
• Preparing social media engagement and activities reports
Key Requirements an ideal candidate should possess
• Minimum of 1.5 + years of relevant experience
• Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy
• Must be social media savvy with deep knowledge about Instagram tools, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and other leading short-video platforms
• In depth knowledge & interest of Bollywood industry – actors, directors, producers etc
• Well dressed, presentable, confident & assertive (few basic traits)
• Pleasing and charming personality
• Knowledge on current affairs
• Knack for minute details
• Excellent networking skills and street smart
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• No reservations to go beyond working hours to meet the deadline/ timelines
• Open to review and evaluation of performance/ contribution on regular basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication - English & Hindi is must
• Strategic planner and active thinker with an eye to deliver
• Self- Motivated
