Our Immigration business, A2Z Immigration Solutions Limited, is currently looking for a highly ­­motivated and skilled Manager. We are an OISC approved Immigration Advisor who specialises in Visit Visa, Student Visa, Spouse Visa, ILR, ADR, Sponsor License and Work Permits. Key Activities and Accountabilities: Specific Main Duties ·

Manage team and ensure all projects are delivered on time. ·

Mentor and support team members. ·

Attending calls from prospective clients and provide guidance when required. ·

Liaising with clients for documents collations for various visa applications. ·

Contribute to streamlining and standardising the existing process. ·

Drafting online applications. ·

Review content writing and articles to be posted in social medial platforms. ·

Review all documents/emails/applications before being sent to clients/home office.

What do We need? To be considered for this role, we would like you to have: ·

A minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in Law or Business-related subjects. ·

Aptitude and willingness to learn and understand the core immigration services. ·

Highly competent in English Speaking, Listening and Writing. ·

Competent in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook. ·

Excellent attention to detail and capable of managing junior staff. ·

Proven track record for managing and organising projects effectively. ·

Creative thinking and positive attitude towards growing the business.
