Job Opportunity: Head of HR - Plant Operations
Location - Odisha
Experience - 15-20 Years
Industry - Manufacturing/ Textile/ Apparel
CTC - Upto 70 LPA
Seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our plant operations in Odisha.
As the Head of Human Resources for India, you will be a strategic leader overseeing the entire spectrum of HR functions in the country. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can manage dayto-day operations, provide leadership in the India Project, and ensure the seamless integration of time & attendance and payroll systems.
Qualification -
• Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project locations
