• Responsible for programs delivery and related P&L for customer that will involve people from Digital Practice within Capgemini.
• Lead and manage offshore projects OR a portfolio of projects with a strong focus on Quality, Schedule, and Cost.
• Strong governance approach that enhances Delivery Excellence with a strong and capable handle on conflicts arising in a distributed delivery context
• During pre-sales, function as the authority for shaping up the engagement with a focus on the optimal pyramid, skill sets, and other capabilities required. Drive the off-shore solution with focus on including the right elements that will enable on-time and quality delivery
• Liaise with Business Users for Requirement for various project streams across different lines of business
• Responsible to help identify & recruit resources for the roles identified at customer engagements
• Responsible for growth of Cloud business growth within the account

Primary Skills

• Lead Digital Marketing programs for the customer i.e., work around SFMC, CRM, Adobe AEM, etc.
• Lead a portfolio of responsible engagements and ability to identify new sales opportunity – Delivery Led Sales
• Excellent customer facing and communication skills
• Effective leader and excellent personal organization and planning skills
• Demonstrate a strong grasp and command of leading and strategizing a reasonably complex technical delivery by identifying delivery risks (technical, quality and other)
• Strong experience in Agile methodology is an added advantage

Secondary Skills

• Strong Technical experience in any of the following technologies is required: Adobe AEM, CRM, Sales Force Marketing.
• Domain Knowledge in Asset Management, Wealth Management preferred
