Senior Research Analyst / Associate - Power Markets
Location: Gurugram, India Hybrid Working Model Competitive Market Rate Paritas are partnered with a leading global Energy Research client who is expanding their growing business operations to the Indian market. They have grown to become the largest dedicated power market analytics company in Europe, providing data-driven intelligence for strategic decisions in the global energy transformation. This position will suit a professional who possesses direct experience in power market analysis in India, or other countries. This position will play a critical role in all aspects of the development and delivery of the client's India subscription analytics services. Key Responsibilities: Building out the analytics capabilities for the power market and policy landscape in India. Work with best-in-class modelling to develop views on the future of India’s energy system. Follow and analyse policy outcomes across the Indian energy sector. Manage projects from inception through to delivery. Communicate findings to a wide range of clients, in-person and online. Contribute material to reports, notes and client communications. Candidate Profile: Experience at a major consultancy, energy company, financial services company, or other knowledge-focused firm or institution. Relevant degree in Economics, Engineering, or other relevant quantitative discipline from a top university. Demonstrated success in taking responsibility for project and process management in team-oriented environments.
