Overview

Please note : We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

CACTUS is looking for a Process Coordinator to support operational workflow, project delivery, and coordination across our teams to facilitate smooth project completion. If this sounds like something you're interested in or have the knack for, then read on!

Responsibilities

• Coordinating between processes that are part of the project life cycle, from translation to editing to client delivery. You will be achieving coordination with your team for multiple projects everyday
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the timely movement of the project from one step of the workflow to the next, through strong and effective communication with other departments, freelancers, and timely follow-ups
• Ensuring on-time delivery of the project to the client
• Supporting the team in allocation of projects to the suitable translators and reviewers

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational role, specializing in project management
• Ability to multi-task, adhere to strict timelines and a strong work ethic
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and can quickly learn new tools
